Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are interested in an international order, please contact us at michellelmcnulty@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at michellelmcnulty@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
