Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at michellelmcnulty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please reach out to us at michellelmcnulty@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
